One wall changed the whole room. 🔥 Cheryl’s fireplace had a heavier traditional look with several competing finishes. We kept the existing fireplace and doors while rebuilding the wall around them. Floor-to-ceiling natural stone now gives the fireplace more height, while the long travertine hearth grounds the entire design. A warm Jacobean mantel and matching floating shelves tie both sides together. Now the fireplace feels like it truly belongs at the center of the room. Jennifer wanted her primary bathroom to feel lighter without completely changing the layout. The old beige finishes and darker shower made the room feel heavier than she wanted. Now the freestanding tub, lighter tile, and frosted shower glass help the whole space feel brighter and more open. We also added practical upgrades like a shower bench, two recessed niches, and more vanity storage. The blue herringbone tile inside the niches gives the room a little personality without taking over the design. Throwback Thursday 🏠 The mix of wood-look tile, pebble shower flooring, and blue-toned countertops gave this bathroom a lot more personality. Rod and Patricia also gained a custom shower, soaking tub, and extra vanity storage. More storage and a brighter feel made a big difference in Jennifer's guest bathroom. 🙌 The old open knee space became enclosed cabinetry, giving her more useful storage and a cleaner vanity setup. The tub and shower were rebuilt with lighter marble-look tile and a handheld showerhead, and two recessed medicine cabinets keep the counter clear. One of our favorite details is the darker herringbone shower niche. It gives the shower a focal point and keeps everyday items off the ledge. Which would you want first in your own bathroom, the enclosed vanity or the herringbone niche? 👇 Thank you, Jennifer, for letting us be part of this update. 🛁 See why homeowners trust us for their remodeling: https://PhxHomeRemodeling.com?utm_source=social&utm_medium=instagram You can also text or call us at 602-492-8205

Throwback Thursday 🏠 This tub area proves that even one design detail can completely change the feel of a bathroom. The colorful tile platform, freestanding tub, and floor-mounted faucet give Hazim and Brenda’s space a much more custom look. Dark red walls, two sinks, and limited storage are officially gone from this guest bathroom. Neil and Terri chose a single-sink vanity that created room for much more useful cabinetry. Storage was added beside the vanity, above the toilet, inside the medicine cabinet, and within the shower. The tub area was rebuilt with ivory subway tile, a bold mosaic niche, matte black fixtures, and grab bars. Larger floor tile and Evergreen Fog walls helped give the entire room a lighter and calmer feel. We’re grateful Neil and Terri trusted us with this transformation. 😊 See why homeowners trust us for their remodeling: https://PhxHomeRemodeling.com?utm_source=social&utm_medium=instagram You can also text or call us at 602-492-8205

Throwback Thursday 🏠 It is hard to believe this is the same primary bathroom. Everything was removed and rebuilt, including a larger shower that helped create a much more open and updated space. Sometimes a primary bathroom already has something special, you just need to stop hiding it. ☀️ The homeowner had windows surrounding their primary bathroom, but the frosted shower & oversized corner tub made the space feel more closed in. Now clear shower glass carries that natural light through the room, while a freestanding tub gives the windows & floor space more room to breathe. The new double vanity adds plenty of drawers, & the larger shower includes a bench, handheld shower, & grab bars for everyday comfort. ❤️ See why homeowners trust us for their remodeling: https://PhxHomeRemodeling.com?utm_source=social&utm_medium=instagram You can also text or call us at 602-492-8205

Throwback Thursday 🏠 This remodel completely changed how the Greers can use their primary bathroom. Their former small shower and bathtub made way for a large curbless shower, a convenient bench, and smarter storage throughout the vanity area. Would you have thought to turn this blank dining wall into a wet bar? 👀 Anita’s kitchen had a crowded appliance wall, limited counter space, and a raised peninsula that closed off the dining area. We relocated the refrigerator and replaced the peninsula with a wider counter-height surface, giving her more room to cook and serve. Then the unused dining wall became a wet bar with added cabinetry, a beverage refrigerator, bar sink, and lighted floating shelves. Taj Mahal quartzite runs across the counters and up the backsplash, tying both spaces together. Thanks for trusting us with your kitchen, Anita. ❤️ See more Phoenix-area remodels: https://PhxHomeRemodeling.com?utm_source=social&utm_medium=fb_group You can also text or call us at 602-492-8205.

Throwback Thursday 🏠 Removing the old bathtub opened the door for a much better use of the space. Erin now has a custom walk-in shower, two new vanities, updated mirrors and lighting, plus new tile flooring throughout. The prettiest part of Anita’s bathroom remodel might not be the best part. The best part is that the room finally makes sense. 🙌 The old layout was reworked by moving walls, plumbing, and the toilet to create a bathroom that functions better from the moment you walk in. A curbless shower made entry easier while a full-width bench and long niche added useful space inside. Painted Sage cabinetry and roll-out trays solved the storage problem without making the room feel crowded. We’re grateful Anita trusted us to create a primary bathroom that works just as well as it looks. Throwback Thursday 🏠 The kitchen had an outdated look with a closed-off feeling and not as functional as it could be. So we removed the wall and updated everything in the kitchen! See more before and afters of remodels here: https://phxhomeremodeling.com/dawns-kitchen-master-bath-reno

This kitchen had plenty of space, but Carol wanted it to feel calmer, warmer, and more organized. 🙌 The old painted cabinets, open display areas, white tile flooring, and older countertops made the room feel busier than it needed to. New Waypoint maple cabinets in cider created a richer look and gave Carol more practical storage around the cooking and prep zones. The taller upper cabinets helped clean up the wall lines and made better use of the kitchen’s height. A larger island became the new hub with cabinet storage on both sides, seating, an undermount sink, dishwasher, modern faucet, and electrical access. LG Viatera Forte quartz countertops and a Volakas honed marble backsplash helped brighten the room while balancing the warmth of the cabinetry. The buffet cabinet area, glass-front uppers, wine fridge, stainless vent hood, LED strip lighting, and warm wood-look flooring brought function and comfort into every corner. Thank you, Carol, for letting us help create a kitchen t

Small layout problems can make a big daily impact. David’s shower looked large, but it felt closed in and hard to use. The curved glass block wall cut off the space and made it feel darker. We opened it up with a walk-in design and frameless glass panel. Now the bathroom feels more open the moment you walk in. We used Wave Blanco tile, Anthology Euphoria glass tile, and Schluter trim for a clean finish. The Walker Zanger mosaic floor and Ebbe drain add both safety and durability. It’s now a space that works better and feels better every day. 😊 See why homeowners trust us for their remodeling: https://PhxHomeRemodeling.com/ You can also text or call us at 602-492-8205
