No screens were up for a planned Knicks watch party outside Madison Square Garden just hours before it was set to begin, according to MSG and Knicks owner James Dolan.

Speaking on WFAN, Dolan complained about the intense security and the limited number of people allowed into the watch party area.

But an NYPD spokesperson said it was MSG who requested a permit for only 1,000 people.
