This review will not be a particularly helpful, or informative, but I’m doing it mostly to help counter the wave of disinformation in these reviews. Did any of you one star reviewers watch the film? Does the irony of these fake reviews not ring true with followers of the party constantly crying Fake News? Did the fact that the Obamas are associated with it really make you that furious? Did the fact that the OG review you copy pasted had Obama’s instead of Obamas (plural not possessive) not clue you in to the fact that it was written by a moron? Did you even notice? I’m guessing the answer to all of these questions is no. Even the one about how furious you were at the mention of Obama. You don’t really care about them, or this movie. This level of inanity requires a baser level of intellect. The kind that just does what it’s told, even when it means voting against your own self interest, just because someone said that wokeism is breaking america. It isn’t. Inclusion never did. Not during the feminist revolution in the sixties. Not during the LGBTQ revolution in the eighties. All the woke revolution is doing is asking you all to do just that, wake the hell up. This message has been sent to you from the right side of history.

As complete and satisfying a movie experience as I can remember. Fully realized and brought to life by someone who clearly had a deep love for the source material, I am someone who remembers the original movie, clearly, and read the books way back in the 80’s. It is not easy to satisfy the readers of something so thoroughly analyzed and deconstructed over the years, but this does. Fresh and yet also a fitting homage. Thank you for this excellent piece of story telling.
