I asked for reviews of the Book not TV series.

I enjoyed it right from the beginning, full of excitement and thrills , fast paced and very moving. showed the horror and reality of the trenches.

A complex film , good acting but the plot made you have to suspend belief and melodramatic at the end. I enjoyed it in a way.

I found it intensely moving for most of the time and quite heartbreaking with excellent acting and some beautiful cinematography. Then it became somewhat contrived at the end and a bit rushed and oversentimental. It has however made an impression and I intend to read thev book.

I didn't feel as it had a beginning, middle or an end, came out wondering what had happened , did she die of a stroke and was that why all the rabbits appeared. ? people around me were equally confused. The scenery, acting and costumes were fantastic and I enjoyed thd black comedy. overall I was disappointed and didn't think it deserved the best film Oscar.

I absolutely loved it, worth seeing for Jason Momoa alone. It was action packed, full of amazing visual images and humour. loved the ending and thought the casting was spot on.
