this movie about friendship and hope through major adversity is absolutely worth watching. Eddie Murphy and Martin Lawrence both give excellent dramatic performances, with both also injecting some excellent comedy as well. The subject matter is relatively serious and sometimes sad, which makes the well done comedy all the more important, as the characters use humor to get through some terrible situations. a movie that will make you laugh, cry, fill you with anger and then leave you filling hopeful and uplifted, i can't recommend this film strongly enough.
