This morning as the SouthWest CEO was explaining their efforts to make it safe to fly, the pictures displayed a passenger sitting without a mask next to an attendant checking the overheads next to him, also, a Pilot and C0-Pilot in the cockpit one with and one without a mask. Last week aparently Mayo Clinic security let our Vice President in to the facility without a mask. Margret, how can we be ready to open-up when our leaders are leading us in the wrong direction?? And, rules are flaunted by the people tasked with helping us keep safe! I'm a big fan of SouthWest and can't wait to fly across the country to see my grandson but I don't want to take him a case of virus! Willy
