Dumb...the bad guy was the victim and "poor"Hamna was the villain who had the audacity to have a public affair with a guy she knows is emotionally charged and unstable. She plays on his feelings and leads him on. However, flaunting herself with Hamza openly in college, she can't admit to her dad and gets hitched with another guy leaving her lover guessing as to why she has changed until he finds for himself. Then selfishly let's her sis get married to him to save herself from being accused of having an affair, knowing he plans revenge. She should have been the one rho suffered in the end not the guy she betrayed.

I have always enjoyed Sophie Kinsella's books immensely and they have made me laugh at my worst times. This book was a huge disappointment and I still find it hard to believe Kinsella could have conjured up Fixie Farr. Contrary to the innocent, naive, pushover Fixie that Kinsella wanted to project, she gave me the impression of being manipulative and scheming right from the middle of the book. Very childish book. The first by Sophie that I would not recommend and hopefully the last one.
