If you watch it purely as a movie it probably deserves the ratings you see out there. But since it's based off the actual game and if you've played Need For Speed, it's exactly like the game campaign but in real life, from the girl with British accent, the police pursuit, car crashing into each other, even the way Michael Keaton's character, I can see they tried making it feel like the game, and I appreciate that. I smiled when I saw the school bus scene, totally classic.
