David chase said he wanted Van Zandt to play Tony soprano but hbo said no to a first time actor,I always agree, however in Lilyhammer Steven plays the boss and plays it to perfection, I could see him as soprano now. In some aspects this show feels like Silvio Dante is in Norway because to me, it feels like he's playing the same role. Don't get me wrong it's not a complaint I love the life he brings to frank. I am only on season 2 and already I wish there were more seasons. Something negative though all the subtitles are a bit annoying over 70% of the show is not in English. Overall I would give 4.8 out of 5 stars
