A well researched subject. Very informative. These water wars have been going on since the beginning of L.A. It is how that city was made, because initially it was a desert. It IS a desert, so most of the water is stolen from neighboring lakes...in the Owen's Valley, and from Mono Lake. I highly recommend watching it. And do some research of your own.
