While the story is heartbreaking and tragic, to call this a documentary would be a mistake. The one sidedness is apparent from the beginning. The family member who instigated this travesty received only a cursory mention. From a purely legal standpoint, it seems as though there was no injustice. The court was simply enforcing what was at the time legal ownership of the property, and by refusing to acknowledge the court’s ruling the brothers were in contempt. This is my opinion of the “documentary “. From a human standpoint, this was again a travesty, and while ownership of the land was eventually returned to the family, they were probably devastated financially while the lawyers grew fat feeding on the legal complexities of a system created by lawyers to ensure that situations which from a humanitarian perspective should be simple will continue to be convoluted and protracted, continuing to feed the lawyers.
