Ben Whishaw is one of the most talented actors alive. He is to acting what Michael Jackson was to pop music and dancing, perfection, God! Whishaw is so incredibly talented! This Is Going To Hurt made me laugh outloud and cry outloud because the writing is as witty as it is tearfully sad. The series is perfectly named. I was instantly engaged...like within the first few moments of the very first episode, I put it on pause and popped a bag of popcorn because knew I was in for a 7 episode binge; these blockbuster BBC shows capture me every single time. Each episode moves the story along so beautifully and it gives the viewers a real heartfelt look into the day to day chaos of an under staffed hospital emergency room and the personal lives of staff that often collide. I could feel the hurt throughout the 7 episodes and so will you. Mr. Whishaw, please think about a second season with this one and if not then apply for every single lead role you can find either on the big screen or television, you'll get the part (s), I promise.

Is this even a documentary? To me it looked like two guys sitting in front of a very rehearsed and edited four hour tabloid trash presentation. Dan Reed should be utterly ashamed of this faux doc and spend his time working on something more relevant with verifiable facts and present them in just that manner. I am even more disturbed that HBO and Oprah decided to cash in on this ridiculous thing called Leaving Neverland; sexual child abuse just took a huge hit. Two things that I will appreciate from this doc is that Dan Reed's other docs are now off my list as something to watch and the other is that James and Wade really do have some serious problems none of which were caused by knowing Michael Jackson.
