There are four different kinds of books. The first is what I’m going to call the “textbook” they’re boring, bland and there is nothing enjoyable about reading them. The textbook is the type of book you can read for an hour and still not finish the first page. There’s the second which I will call the “mostly boring book”. These ones are readable but it’s the book you forget about a day after reading. You feel no joy but can at least get halfway through. Then you get to what I call “the book”. The book is the first type of book you can finish. It has some long chapters or some pages that went too long but all in all, looking back at it you can acknowledge that this could be entertaining. The final type is “The Good Book”. This is the book you read, then you read, then you read, then you’re done and it’s been six of the greatest hours of your entire life. This is the category of book The Lost Causes Of Bleak Creek falls into. Every page makes you feel emotions. It has compelling characters and the book gives you amazing imagery. Through the darkest times and the lightest times this book will make you keep reading until the very end. I absolutely love this book, I’d say it’s up there with the Harry Potter and the Lord of the Rings series. I will gladly recommend this book to anyone and I’m excited to see more from Rhett and Link. 🐱🍅(if you know who they are you know what those mean)
