Zodiac is not the only serial killer that "they" cannot charge because unlinkable evidence. 48 ( possible 71) murders for Gary Ridgway/ Green River Killer.1982 to arrest Nov 2001 (19 years). Ridgway was ID'ed by DNA from 1987 chewed gauze. Superb movie on Zodiac. I remember the California terror when I was in junior high school at the time. TATE murders about similar time frame. Movie catches the flavor of the time, music. Interiors, the size of the cars and their sounds,bell bottom pants with white belts. This movie is a time capsule.
