This had an entirely different change of mood, this was so cheesy and painfully positive whereas Charlie in the book was cynical and arrogant. This movie was slow paced at times but still didnt even have enough time for Miss kinean and Alice, combining them both and didnt include any of charlies childhood abuse which was vital to the story. Many scenes werent included that showed the cruelness of his coworkers and bullies and family. Ridiculous movie, i mean Mathew modine is a good actor, howd this happen?
