roseread,,,i helped manage maston gregorys le mans win in 57,,,this film,while shedding light on a very very contested ending,,doesnt give the real trial of those 24 hours,,,there are some 50 cars out there racing,,only maybe 10 of which, can go fast enuf to win overall,,,but yur still trying to go 150 as yu come up on the fiats,,at 70....its 24 hours of dodgeum cars,,yur weaving in and out like yu see some of those idiots do ,on u s freeways,,,Miles et al, great skill was not driving fast,,,thats easy,,,he, along with most of the eventual winners,,were great at avoiding slower cars.and thats damn hard at 2 in the foggy morning ....i think its a mistake in any flic about the le mans race ,not to stress that drose

ROSEREAD,,,,,im 93 and been married a lot,,,and devorced some,,,i remarried a lady that was the nicest for me and the second time it lasted 35 years,,,i didnt find any accord with these people in the film,,,none of any of what the movie was about,,happened in my life,,,,acting was very intense,,and to me, meaningless,,,,i was glad when it was over,,and i didnt care if they ever found happiness,,they seemed obsessed by holloween,,,and lived for that day ,year after year,,,if this one is truley an oscar contender,,,sad they cant find better,,,drose,

first watched it in 2011,,,its so easy to say now,,but im a moovie goer for 90 of my 93 yrs,,,and it shot out like a cannon,, what kind of movie star this young lady was going to become,,,it was a strong cast but im from missouri,,and this is exactly, what some of them are like .yu bet,,,i just watched it again,now in 2019,,,and its still a hell of a good movie,,always will be,,,its a see again flic if any are,,,drose,,

roseread,,,,,wal ill tell ya,,it keeps yur attention,,,,flics are supposed to be what they are,,this one is a grabber,,,the production end had to be plenty work,,,what the cast and crew went thru to make it has to be another movie,,,i didnt see any raciest white superiority,,or political efforts,,just a film, very well done,,ive been up the amazon twice from manaous etc ,,and it looks like that,,,i dont know,, but from what ive read about some of those indiginous tribes,,i expect they did exactly that,,,so hey., sit back, enjoy and wait and hope sombody comes in time to save a few of the cast,,,
