Well I watched this movie when I was a teenager.
Being a fan of Srk and Alia Bhatt, I really loved this movie. At that time I thought the plot was very nice and interesting and important too. The performance are really good. Srk and Alia did their job very nicely and the supporting cast too. "Ludo" famed Rohit Saraf was in this film and he was playing Alia's brother's role....and there was Kunal Kapoor too and we all know how good actor he is. But but but in the recent time when I was seeing this film my perspective was changed about this film. First 46 mins of this film offended me too much. The character of Kaira was nothing but a crazy. She is not respectful to his parents, not committed to his relationships. There are many "Kursies" for her. But for us it's not....If you've too many options then you don't understand what's right what's wrong. Her parents allowed her to study Cinematography, which I think a pathbreking. But there are many students whose parents don't allow them to do so. When Dr. Jahangir Khan aka jug enters then the story gets a flow. The first phase of the film was not so relatable only few people can relate with that. But the second phase will really encourage everyone . I guess the character arch. Can be more and more acceptable so that the entire India and relate with this. For me Jug's character is very well written. I would love to see a prequel on Jug's story. For me it's just a good film nothing else.
