Ehhh. It's an okay attempt at best. They really are butchering the sequence of events that occured in the book, therefore, the character arcs suffer as well. It's like they tried reading the whole book a day before the test. I could only make it to the first half before I could no longer bear it. Bean was never in the same launch group as Ender. Bean was meant to remind Ender of himself when they recruit Bean for Dragon Army They should have replaced that dumb interaction with Bernard's. It would have been a reminder to the audience of Ender's isolation. Whats up with all the chicks in the Battle School? Petra isn't Ender's love interest and one thing they keep messing up on is that ENDER HAS NO FRIENDS. At least until the near end of the first book. Petra doesn't teach Ender battleroom tactics, only how to shoot. Ender comes up w the knee thing on his own. Ender doesnt break Bonzo's orders on stepping into the battleroom (Bonzo actually pushed him in as humiliation), he breaks orders by shooting and taking part in the current match. Major Anderson isn't active in Ender's development, he strictly designs the games. In any case, Anderson critizes how Graff is running things.
