Honestly it is kind of hard to decide. This movie is good for people who haven't touched this anime that is good written in a while, but for people who have recently finished it, it's a bad idea. Its basically a montage of the best things happend in the series, if you don't have time to use the whole day and watch all the seasons of the anime, you are better off watching the movie.
