It's ok for preschoolers and maybe kindergartners, but my 7 year old nephew doesn't like it. He gets creeped out by the bat that has wings for ears. The them song is annoying, as it's sounds like they are shouting it. I can't help but think of an old rhyme that I have taken to adding to the theme song. E l I nor wonders why, birdy, birdy in the sky, what's that white stuff in my eye. The show is for the most part ok. What's up with Elinor's bowl cut hair style? That fashion trend ended in the 90s.

I grew up with the original one which was fun to watch. This one is ok for newer viewers. However I wish they would have just had an entire new class instead of redesigning the original characters. If they would have done that, then perhaps it would be more enjoyable for those of us who grew up with the original. After all the title is the magic school bus rides again.

I give it two stars for the educational prospect, but the characters are annoying. Leo is always panicking about something. Carmen is creepy looking and always sounds like she has a stuffy nose, either that or about to hack a loogy. Some of the background characters, I can't even tell what kind of animals they are supposed to be. That being said why do they have to tell you where they are in both segments of the same episode? We get it your in Egypt, or India or where ever. The second segment of the episode should just start off with it being the next day. There's no need to go through the whole process twice.

I don't know where to begin when it comes to describing this horrible show. I guess the first thing is the title. Pinkalicious and Petteriffic, sounds like the title of a porno. The second thing is the over use of the color pink, making it look like someone spilled a bottle Pepto bysmal. The third thing is her whiney voice, it's just as bad as Caiyu's. Third there is nothing educational about it.
