Had the potential to be a good movie. Was "supposedly" based on "real found footage" But just minutes into the film you can tell the rooms had been staged. On several shots props that had been taken away, destroyed or removed from the property by the owner were seen again throughout the film in their original placments. The "kid's drawing" found in the bible was clearly done by an adult/professional. Also despite finding multiple questionable belongings and "crime scene" belongings including blood stained clothes, a satanic alter, a grave site, as well as being unable to enter certain rooms of his own home when he believes intruders are inside the owner never contacts the police. Even before he sees the videos of "ghostlike" activity. Also Despite there being over 20 cameras on the property nothing significant is ever captured on film. In short clearly the film was a fake as have been all the paranormal films that precededed it but if you're going for believable in this film or even close you fell waaay under the bar. I get the director had a good vision for this movie and a good, dedicated to his role actor but the sloppiness of the whole premise, set, story was so distracting I found myself arguing with the plot out loud and being too distraceted by the consistent and redundant mistakes that I was unable to enjoy the film as it was likley intended for people to do.
