Lovely album. Lana Del Rey keeps finding new and interesting ways to keep doing the same things. With Chemtrails Over The Country Club, she once again invites us into her flawed, dreamy version of America where we are entreated to different perspectives of the same story. Her cadences in this were amazing, and you can see that she really challenged herself to make the work fresh that way. It's a good album.

I was anxious that this album, having been announced so soon after Folklore, would not be strong enough to stand on its own. After listening through, however, all my fears have been assuaged. Taylor Swift is in her prime, and she has been in her prime for about a decade now. Evermore may not have an identity distinct enough from Folklore, but it contains some of her best work ever.

Vintage Taylor. Amazing Lyricism and Storytelling. Maybe her best ever work. 10/10
