There is artistic license and there is complete distortion.( I wonder if any oh the writers were involved on the recent strike.) Don't waste your time . For as much as we would like English history to reflect a more inclusive past, the reality is that it wasn't. It misses the point of the social divisions present during that time and the subsequent reflection on society as a whole. I did enjoy Olivia Coleman's acting but that was not enough reason for me to endure another episode. I enjoyed Gillian Anderson as Miss Havisham (2011) and this version was closest to the book. Search for that one instead.

Despite its superficiality, Glamorous was entertaining. The last episode was very disjointed. The previous episode should have been the last. This was a lost opportunity to convey, with humor, the humanity of the trans community.

A tale of a white privileged white woman "seduced" by the dark side. Innocently at first but definitely smart enough to know her limits. We hear her say "Somehow" after every occurrence when the logical thing to do is to stop this madness. Was she actually thrilled by it? We can't prove or disprove either, but the ending gives us an insight to some sort of masochistic relationship between those two.

Glamoring guardianship abuse under the umbrella of so-called "satire", leads you into a predictable set of events. One that you won't miss.
