I have always loved the Michael Crichton Jurassic movies but this one does feel like the right direction. Poor decision to not directly connect and interject past characters, although Adam Grant’s name was mentioned. For me it was a let down from the past movies and definitely from the original 3. It may have been choice of actors for their roles but also storyline was weak for me.
