I am an avid follower of Sai Baba and have watched all his serials i.e. this one and the previous one. I have read all his books too. This particular serial has taken away the essence from Sai Baba’s character. It is as if it is a different Sai which no one knows. Sai Baba’s punch line was “Sab ka Malik Ek” and I have never heard these words in this serial. He used to utter “ allah malik” while accepting bhiksha, but these words are missing too. It is as if the serial is made to appease some Hindu fundamentalist and project Sai baba as purely Hindu fakir, while baba always used to preach unity and equality. This serial is far from the originality. This is not Sai Baba at all. Serial made by Ramanand Sagar was better and more original.
