Terrific action in a dystopian near future where a drug that unlocks powers has been let loose in New Orleans, there are great charismatic performances from the three main characters, Jamie Fox was hugely watchable, and I loved Dominique Fishback the ballsy teenage rapper who was refreshingly tomboyish and her friendship with policeman Joseph Gordon Levitt
