As a fan of the franchise I really felt the love and enthusiasm of the director for this movie. It’s not the best CGI however the actors and actresses give you a wonderful performance as their own ensemble cast bringing my favorite heroes to life. Jump scares are very well placed in the movie to the point it’s like a freaking thrill ride! There is a scene that takes place in the dark…let that marinate a little bit. Considering the year the film takes place along the fictional town of Raccoon City, it really felt like a familiar place of knowing people in a small town and one day all hell breaks loose. That is the scariest part of all. The eerie atmosphere of Raccoon City is it’s own character. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.
