Well, Reviewing the book named RX for Resilience,
This is to share something important with you all that I have seen a hell of illness mental and physical since years, reaching from one doctor to another, since I reached my younger age,actually when I was very small, the family stress was there till years,I saw mental illness to that level I can't explain in words starting from anxiety , stress and finally OCD in the year 2011, it was not so worriesome initially till one homeopathic medicine gave some side effects to ocd and it increased so I consulted one known psycologist, I had more than 60 sessions from 2016 till 2022, I overcame to a certain extent, I wish I had this book RX for Resilience early so that I could take life as it is and start practicing The guidelines written by the Author Dr. Saroj Dubey Sir at the end of every chapter. We get anxious and stressful when we don't know anything about brain health and rather we are unaware of the fact that such stress and fears which are baseless would leave us mentally unhealthy and unhappy. I would highly recommend this book 'RX for Resilience ' to all the teenagers and all aged people who are facing some mental stress or any kind of mental illness which are related to affect the gut concerns too, please practice these guidelines or i would say Mindfulness, mediation and breathing excercises's easiest techniques which you will never find from any you tube video or any psychologist as most of the psychologist ask for a hefty amount of fees and their high level sessions which you may not be able to understand fully. Dr. Saroj Dubey is a gestroenterologist, An author and a motivational Tedx Speaker since years, he himself went through a lot in life so being a doctor he had his own failures and success, fears too which he overcame and advices his readers to live the present moment, feel everything, take small small pauses of 1 minute with one or two long breath in and breath out techniques in between the entire day and many more such small techniques to overcome fear, anxiety , anger ,there are also many guidelines to manage your hectic day's stress, He also guides about the right management of the emotions and thousands of thoughts , I wish , I could give you more insights of the book but I'm still in the middle of the reading. It's a must read.
