The people who have given this show 1 star have never watched EPISODE 5… I agree that the previous episodes were lacking in some areas, but come on…

Captain Marvel was decent, but nothing more: - Nick Fury’s character was undermined in many ways just for a few jokes - The Skrulls were not used to their justified potential. They were made as funny punching bags - Captain Marvel is a bland character and her conflict does not make sense It’s the kind of movie that you have to turn your brain off to enjoy, like transformers

Really gory, but strangely enjoyable. Don’t go into this film expecting a cinematic masterpiece, it’s all about having fun!

Black Widow herself is pretty bland, but the supporting cast made up for it by a long shot

I had no emotional connection to any characters. They were all blank slates. There were no emotional build-ups. It felt like I was watching a bunch of mops spin around. Not an enjoyable movie. I came into the movie excited, I left it bored. Also they cut too much in the action sequences. When Mulan took a step on a roof, it took 3 cuts. When the Witch killed a guy with cloth, it took 6 cuts.

I know I’m being a little harsh with my score, but they ruined Hux just for a yo mama joke and killed Luke instead of Finn. On the topic of Finn, what a wasted character. When he was about to sacrifice I actually felt emotion and sadness in this movie, but sike! Luke dies for no reason. Rose Tico was also a wasted character. Free the horses but not the children! Rey was as hollow as ever as a character. Kylo was good tho

The music is amazing, the imagery is amazing, the fights are amazing, the whole movie is great.
