Wow. How can I explain this show. This show is beautiful and amazing. Steven Universe is one of the greatest shows CN has aired on the channel, but def not the best. Plot~ 3/5 The plot, well its not the best at some parts. In Season 1, there isnt much plot, its just random epsidoes like some CN shows, but the plot starts to form at the end of the first season. But as the series goes on, the random epsidoes start to fade. Yes, there is some filler ep's in the seasons, but not as much in Season 1. Music~ 5/5 The music, is AMAZING. One of the best parts of the show. Even if you haven't seen the show before, you have most likely heard songs like Let Us Adore You, Other Friends, and many more on social media. Also, a lot of Steven Universe songs made by fans are also good, too. Characters~ 4/5 The Characters are very good. (SPOLIERS) Garnet, is a fusion of Ruby and Sapphire, and get married as a LGBTQ+ couple. Its amazing because it teaches kids that its okay to be LGBTQ+, and it shows it in a non-sexual way. Peridot, another character from the show, is also great. She gets a lot of character developent. I'm not going to get deep in hers, though. There is also a lot more great characters in this show, too. Overall, this is a amazing show, and if your in a positive, lesson teaching, family friendly show (there are *some* parts that could scare young kids tho), then this is for you. There is crime fighting but its not happening all the time like Batman, etc. (PS: Thanks for reading my review! I did leave out some stuff so I may add it later)
