This is Travis’s most underappreciated album, he himself only made this because he wanted something to give to the fans before astroworld, but damn what an album this was. Its only downside is that it lacks the sophisticated sound and design that Rodeo and Astroworld had, but it still did the job for me purely because I enjoyed the dark, melancholic vibe that it gave off. Objectively, Astroworld is a much better album than this, but I feel birds captured Travis Scott’s strengths as an artist more naturally.
