I really, really like this game. I tried many other racing games, but they never really stuck - I'd play a race or two and would go away disappointed with how complicated they are. This one though is really fun to play. It doesn't eat your brain with unnecessary complications like deciding how to upgrade your car, it's very pretty on the PS5, racing is immensely fun with the dualsense controller (you can feel all the details of the track under your car, adaptive triggers allow you to control speed). The main story is simple yet lovely, I especially liked the podcast after the race with Bruno Durand. Cars are pretty, livery editor is fun to use - I spent a ton of time in it between races, weather, environment effects and other visuals are gorgeous. I couldn't be more happy with this game, and I couldn't agree with this many negative ratings of the game.
