Firstly, I need to touch on something - I saw a review saying that expansions are not included in DLC. That is, for the most part, untrue. Morrowind and Summerset are now DLC covered by a subscription. Elsweyr is not, and normally the new expansion goes to DLC (free for subs) one year after release. To access this content you simply initiate the DLC quests from your collections tab.
I play on PS4. Good game, but please don't go into it expecting it to be Skyrim. It is an MMO. However, it is a very nice blend of Elder Scrolls and MMO. The gameplay is more like a Skyrim-type game than any other MMO.
Engaging gameplay, interesting story and lore, and nearly endless freedom in customization and personal experience highlight the experience of this game. There is simply an incredible amount of content to consume. You can play at your own pace, and it NEVER feels like a grind to max level. It's an enjoyable experience where you are much more focused on the game in front of you than grinding to max level (like WoW).
One thing that I dislike is that it is almost necessary to have a sub if you want to get involved in crafting, for the crafting bag. All crafting items are stored in this bag, which has unlimited space, freeing up your inventory. Other than that, a sub really isn't necessary unless you want all that extra content (which there is a lot of).
I also take slight issue with the restricted PvP formats and rewards. An arena-type format WoW style with more meaningful rewards and incentive would be very interesting. It is also not always the smoothest experience on my original PS4 system.
Again, overall a quality MMO that is probably unrivaled in today's MMO sphere.
With all of of those things in mind, 8.4/10 from me on the PS4.
