It was nice to get a quick look into his songwriting process but it feels like that's all we got. It is very clearly long form content to promote his upcoming album. No real sustenance behind it, we don't learn anything new nor do we see another side to him - it's all very one dimensional. I still love his music, but won't sit through another hour and 23 minutes of nothing to prove it.
