I loved the movie because it was well 98% clean. The men in the film all looked good and clean

I did enjoy the series because not only did it show the triumph of the victim it also showed how in an attempt to cover up a crime, lives and destiny of some was destroyed. I really didn't like how Fatmagul fell for Kerim so quickly she should have played hard to get a little longer. I felt more sorry for Mustapha because his refusal to let go turned him into a killer and he ultimately lost his life. The film really portrays the consequence of evil perpetrated by men

For a Turkish series, I found this a little bit too cheesy for my liking. I like Turkish series because the acting and the entire production of the film has a way of engaging you from beginning to the end so much that you cannot just stop watching, in fact it sucks you in. I didn't feel that with this series. I guess too much emphasis was placed on the hunkiness of the male lead. I hardly fast forward Turkish soaps but I had to with this one. Didn't work for me. For me the show only got interesting after episode 38
