Unexpectedly impressive. At first thought Alicia Vikander doesn't seem adequate to play a combat - skilled hero but I guess by the time the movie ends you would get to like her in the role. The "greatness" of Lara Croft is mentioned a lot without any backdrop or explanation; character is definitely made obvious by the supporting cast's dialogues. The plot was nice. Action enthsiats would have wanted a little more brains into the scenes though. Enjoyed the backdrop of the tomb story. I would rate this movie 3.5 of 5.

Loved the characters n d darkness n weaknesses within each one of them, only making them human. Unlike most superhero movies, this movie draws a comparison of 2 generations of superheroes. Spoiler alert! But this movie stands as a testimony of the universal law that the nature of humankind has always been an amalgamation of a lil white n a lil black! Special shoutout to nite owl and dr. Manhattan!
