I would have loved to get the original book I ordered published by Yale University Press. Unfortunately I received a duplicate of this book which I did not take delivery off, as it amounted to cheating, since I was billed for the Original Version.
If Amazon can supply me the original version I would still be interested, provided I can receive it within 30 days of this posting.
