As to your talk about early times for school..
My 3 girls had very early times to be at school. My rule was in bed for 8 pm. or 830 pm. if you wanted to read for 30 minutes... Benjamin Franklin said, early to bed early to raise makes a man health, wealth and wise, sounds good to me.
