It covers the turn towards the Fascist style, especially after the Tiananmen Square repressions and focuses on the extensive spying infrastructure that they export via their large diaspora. Using intimidation, violence and blackmail they subvert Canadian political processes and warp debate.
Corruption and money laundering are covered as well as the effects on Canada's housing market. Placement of "students" in technical University and research programs is shown to be strategic with the goal of acquiring or stealing technology, usually for military or surveillance ends.
I gave it four stars because it stops in 2018 when a lot more really bad things started to happen. I also would have liked to see more coverage of the cyber methods China uses.
