Awful, worst moving experience of my life! Where do I even begin? I have 3 big pieces of furniture damaged. (the water tower I had to throw away). On top of that, the movers took 1.5 hours to get to a place that was 15 minutes away. My bed frame is missing a metal piece that goes in front for the mattress to stay in place. I specifically told the young guy to be careful with that piece, he said yes and then the piece disappeared.  My electronic bed frame has 2 motors. The motor on one side does no longer word. One of the movers decided to cut one of the cords to take the pieces apart and we can no longer make it work. He did not even try to assemble it together again. We did not ask to get wires cut. Finally they did not even unwrap all the pieces of furniture. They left and "did not stop the time until I gave a mandatory 5* review on Google". Completely unethical.
