One of the best books I have read in a long time. It takes politics beyond left vs rights and instead, looks at politics psychologically. I appreciate the amount of data and breadth covered in this book. It finally felt like a legitimate, fascinating, important coverage of our society and its progression. As I hold many liberal views, I still appreciate the nuance that Tim Urban brings in on the types of liberal views. I also appreciate the notion of productive vs unproductive conservatism or liberalism. Overall, for people interested in seeking the truth, this is a phenomenal read. You must keep your mind open and be willing to disagree with popular media.
