Besides being an action thriller, the series teaches a lot about Turkish mores, and cultural norms. It is also more intrically woven in its plot
with all of the subterfuges and betrayals among the groups. It is also
interesting to see how the Muslim culture looks at other cultures in their
effort to control Turkey. Most importantly the series holds one's attention
because of some excellent acting.
