1) Yes there are graphical improvements
2) Small FM improvements, needs more though
3) Cut scene enhancements are excellent
4) Improved commentary to a certain extent
5) 4/5 as a game, not 4/5 when you base simply on improvements over the 20. I skipped 21 and 22 is substantially better than 20
