The best and most important anime ever created. The message is that if we don't learn to get along with nature and each other, our planet is doomed. The anime is startlingly good. It can be watched with original Japanese soundtrack but there is also a dubbed version with well-known English speaking actors' and actresses' voices.

Starting from the African and Celtic origins of the cultural musical meld that is country music and taking us up through the 90's in 8 2-hour disks, Ken and Crew could only cover so much in 16 hours. Choosing who to highlight and how to connect the dots had to be so challenging to do. A fine job was done with who was covered. The photos, video clips, interviews, and priceless stories from those who experienced it is a rich and beautiful thing to vicariously enjoy through the series. I've added to my bucket list after watching the series. Highly recommended for anyone who enjoys old-time country music or who wants to learn more about it. And the Music! Long Live Country Music!
