Having watched the stage show and the video years ago with my daughters who were in their early teens, we wanted to relive the magic again and it did not fail. The dancing was wonderful, the interspersed comedy was appreciated, the music brought back the memories and the cast was amazing! I agree it will not be everyones cup of tea but feel the critics have been too harsh. If you like ballet/contemporary dance and enjoy a bit of escapism give it a go.
