It’s okay. For an nes game it is a lot better than other nes games, not to mention the save feature really does make the game more forgiving than other nes games (even if you have to die in order to save), but the game is still brutal. It does use the old logic of “more enemies = more difficulty” in the later levels, plus the game is only enjoyable with a guide. Aside from that, the game can be fun with a guide, albeit a bit tedious. I guess it deserves a 75% at most, and a 70% at least.
