These people are just horrible. Not because they're obese....because they are childish, demanding, spoiled and self centered. They claim to be "sorry" that their caregivers have to give up their own lives to care for them. They really aren't "sorry." They feel entitled to be the center of their tiny universe. And the majority of their families are also fat. They claim to be unable to either purchase or cook healthy food. Why? They all have cars and they have enough money to eat a weeks worth of food in one meal. Since this surgery is paid for by the government - in other words....me, if they don't loose weight, they should be required to pay the money back. In that case, the surgery should be deemed "elective and not paid for with my tax money. These families are often unemployed and completed dependent on the rest of us. What a disgraceful bunch of people.
