Creators: Lets make an movie based on the classic novel, A Wrinkle in Time! Audience: YAY!!! Creators: It will focus on empowering young women! Audience: Sweet!!! Creators: It will have not exceptional acting and really weird character dialect! Audience: Uh... Creators: AND, IT WILL NOT STAY TRUE TO THE NOVEL WE ARE BASING IT OFF OF! Audience: Oh well, maybe there is still a little hope left, Hercules did the same thing and was still a half-decent movie! Creators: NOPE! I mean it had it's moments, but come on I really expected more. The book is so good and the movie butchers it! It wasn't as great as the hype around it. I didn't HATE it, but I didn't really LIKE it. (I totally respect anyone who enjoyed this movie, it had a good message.This is just my opinion of it and what I took away from it.)
