Bird box is mildly boring, to say the least. It's like a badly written copy of The Quiet Place, just using a different sensory system impairment to target the audience, only with a failed execution. It could have been made very interesting in so many other ways, but the story just didn't add up from 30 minutes into the movie. You'd probably watch it hoping that there's more to come since it's so hyped, but there's nothing interesting that comes even after the movie ends. Probably hyped just because Sandra Bullock is in the film.
