Complex women living their lives as Fate would have it. When they come together, it’s not love at first sight, it’s not even probable, but the story unfolds and I’m drawn into the character’s lives. Layers of humanness envelope their story-infidelity, oppression, human connection and emotional struggle. I wanted a “happy ending” and assumed that wasn’t in their cards, but what I got was so much more- the opportunity to imagine what happens next.
